Reggae group SOJA has collaborated with Bermudian artist Collie Buddz to create their single “She Still Loves Me.” The songs tell the story of a love interest who has since moved on, yet is still unhappy. Lead vocalist, Jacob Hemphill, can be heard describing how his estranged lover really wants to return to him. He tries his best to convince her new love interest to move on so that they can be reunited.

“I know it’s hard now for you to see
You can’t change how it was or how it’s gonna be
I’m what she wants, you’re just what she needs
And yet she still loves me, she still loves me”

SOJA, which is an acronym for Soldiers Of Jah’s Army, began in Arlington, Virginia. The eight-member band has released numerous hit singles and has been on tour with Rebelution and Matisyahu to name a few. Their 2014 album “Amid the Noise and Haste” featured notable artists such as Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, J Boog and of course Collie Buddz. It topped the Billboard Reggae Album charts and was nominated for a Grammy award for Best Reggae Album.
