How Do I Become a Member
You can get Bass + Brands member emails by simply submitting your email at the bottom of the page in the "Sign Up" section or by creating an account here.

How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order
In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. You can check the status of your order by viewing the "My Order" section after logging in to your account here. If you don't have an account, go to the Guest Orders page. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you. You can also get the tracking number from the "My Order" section of your account.

How Do I Track My Order
Bass and Brands will send you an email with your tracking number once your package is shipped. The tracking number is also available by going to the My Order section after logging in to your account (if you don't have an account, go to the Guest Orders page), pulling up your order and clicking on the "Shipments" link.

How Can I Get A Bass And Brands Coupon Code
That’s easy. Make sure to submit your email at the bottom of our website or by going to the "Sign Up" section of your account. You can also follow us on Twitter and Like Us on Facebook to get the latest promotions. Bass + Brands team members will also be fully stocked with seasonal coupons so keep a look out for them as well.

How Do I Cancel My Order
If an order has not been shipped then it may still be possible to cancel it. Just go to the Contact Us page and send us the order number and details about each item purchased (product name, sku, qty, price). You will get an email within 1-3 business days on the status of your cancellation request.

Does Bass and Brands ship to International locations
Yes we do. Currently B + B ships to all US zip codes, North America, the Caribbean and the UK. Shipping costs for orders traveling outside of the U.S. vary depending on where your order is being shipped. To determine the shipping cost, simply add an item to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. After entering your shipping address, the calculated shipping rate will be displayed.
Please note that parcels may be delayed as they pass through customs offices. International packages may take up to 4-5 weeks to reach their destination.
International customers are responsible for any additional duties, fees and taxes that result from foreign customs offices.

How Do Your Items Fit
Our t-shirts feature a fitted, athletic cut. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed feel, we recommend choosing the next size up. Our sizing specifications may vary based on style trends and occasionally due to manufacturing changes.

Can I Store Multiple Shipping Addresses In My Account
Sure you can. Go to the Account Dashboard section after logging in to your account and click on the "Mange Addresses" link. On the "Address Book" page click on the "Add New Address" button to add another address.

How Does “Add To Wishlist” Work
"Add to Wishlist" bookmarks a product that you want to review or purchase later. On the details page of an item, you can click on the "Add to Wishlist" link and if you are already logged in you will be taken to the "My Wishlist" page, otherwise you will be asked to login before taken to this page. There you can view all the products you have added to your Wishlist.

How Long Does It Take To Ship An Order
In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. You can check the status of your order by viewing the "My Order" section after logging in to your account here. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Central Standard Time) will ship the next business day.

What Are My US Shipping Options and Costs
Bass + Brands ships to all US zip codes.
To get an idea of how much it will cost to ship to your state, add the desired products to the cart and on the "Shopping Cart" page enter the Country, State and Zip and click the "Get a Quote" button to get an estimate of your shipping charges.

Will I Get A Tracking Number
Sure. Bass and Brands will send you an email with tracking number when your package is shipped. The tracking number is also available by going to the "My Order" section after logging in to your account, pulling up your order and clicking on the "Shipments" link.
Please note: International shipments may take up to 4 days for tracking to appear.

Do You Ship Internationally and What Does It Cost
We currently ship to all US zip codes, North America, the Caribbean and the UK

Can I Change The Shipping Address For One Of My Orders
You will not be able to change the shipping address on your Bass and Brands order after purchase is complete. If your package has not been shipped , Contact Us to get the shipping information changed on your current order. To change your address for all future orders go to the "Account Dashboard" section after logging in to your account and click on the "Mange Addresses" link to change your Billing or Shipping address.

How Do I Cancel My Order

How Do I Check My Order Status
Your order status can be checked at any time. Bass and Brands will send you an email with your tracking number once your package is shipped. After logging in to your account (if you don't have an account, go to the Guest Orders page), you will be taken to to your "Account Dashboard" which will give you a history of your orders as well as the status of all orders placed.

Why Was I Charged A Sales Tax
Bass and Brands checkout will only show a sales tax for you if you are located in Minnesota. It's required by law that we charge sales tax in states where we have a physical presence.

Make sure your have entered the correct billing address, expiration date and security code. If all else fails, please contact your credit card company for further direction.

Does Bass And Brands Offer Discounts/Coupons
Bass and Brands routinely offers discount coupons for seasonal and special occasions. So if you are not signed up, at the bottom of the page submit your email and get ready for huge discounts on your favorite Bass + Brands items.

How Do I Use Coupons
Discount coupons are used to reduce your total or balance for items added to your shopping cart. On the Cart page enter the code in the "Discount Codes" box to apply a B + B coupon that you want to use.

How Do I Return Items To Bass And Brands
As of September 1, 2018, items purchased within 30 days of the shipped date and to US shipping zipcodes are eligible for return.
Bass and Brands members, after logging in should go to the RMA section to submit a refund or exchange, while guests should use the Return Request page.
Exchanges - Select the purchased item(s) you are requesting to be exchanged and include the replacing item(s) and any additional information normally required to purchase the item(s) (color, size, qty etc) in the Comment Text section. Complete the online RMA form.
Refunds - Select the purchased item(s) you are requesting a refund for in the "Comment Text" section. State clearly whether you prefer store credit or the amount credited back to the original method of payment. Complete the online RMA form.
You will be notified by email once the RMA is approved. Print and include the approved RMA label with the package being returned for refund/exchange.
******All returns must be approved and contain the RMA label.******
All orders returned should be in the same condition (items that have not been worn, altered or washed) and packaging in which it was originally received.
For exchanges, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the item(s) to be delivered to you.
Successful refunds normally take approximately 5 to 7 days after return

How Will I Know The Status Of My Return
You will be able to track the status of your return through the RMA section of your member or guest account. You will also receive email updates every step of the way from B + B, alerting you on the status of your return request.

Does Bass And Brands Pay For Return Shipping
If a return is approved by Bass and Brands, any postage fee that is necessary to ship the item(s) back to us will not be incurred by Bass and Brands. Bass and Brands is also not responsible for any loss of property during shipment back to our facilities.

Are Exchanges Allowed
As of September 1, 2018, Items purchased within 30 days of the shipped date are eligible for exchange for items shipped to US zipcodes.
